Lost in Wonderland (for 2 months)

Hello!! I'm home. I'm sure you would've known by now. As requested, here's the preview (a very tiny part) of my vacation, in case I take more than one year (again) to post them up on Fb. But even if I do any time soon, I can't possibly upload everything, okay. Too many, they'll end up boring you. By the way, I finished uploading some of my Euro trip photos last week. Lol. Gosh, after one year!! This is how "efficient" I am.

Anyway, back to the topic. The weather in Oz almost made me go crazy. It was very cold when I first landed in Sydney. Bear in mind it was winter that time. Then I got to escape to Brisbane and Gold Coast where the weather was moderate. But after that, it was back to cold again in Melbourne. And then to Hobart which was the coldest of all (almost like the UK weather). Lastly, back to Sydney again and this time the weather was just nice and yay I didn't have to wear 3 layers of clothes anymore. Perfect I would say. Loved it! I guess that's because my body had gotten used to the cold weather while I was in Hobart. And also because it was spring already!!

I've gained 3kgs from this holiday :( But almost everyone that I asked didn't notice any changes. So it's not that bad after all :)



Mei was sad that she had to leave again whereas I was happy. So funny I tell you. One was crying, one was laughing. At that point, I felt like I was going to Oz to study and not for a holiday ;)

By the way, I just left Hobart. :(((( So near yet so far.
Now I'm just chilling in Sydney again. I'll be reaching Msia on the Hari Raya week. I won't disclose the exact arrival date UNLESS you're going to the Klia to pick me up. ;)

So far, it's been the best holiday! What more can I ask for? I should be thankful instead. Tsktsk, girl.. Cannot be too greedy, okay! Orang tamak selalu rugi! Haha!!

It's still July

YAY!!! I'm done with the exam!! I still can't believe it's officially over!! Such a relief!! All of a sudden, I feel there's too much time and I don't know what to do with it. I want to go out and have funnnnnnnn!!! But everyone (yes except you, Van) is working! :( This is why I'm sitting in front of the laptop updating my blog on a Friday afternoon. Anyway, I'm loving this!! The be-useless life!!!!! No need to attend classes. And at the same time not working (YET). So relaxing, you know. Can have however much sleep I want!! Like a sleeping beauty!!! HAHA!!! But my eyes still look very puffy now due to the lack of sleep during the exam weeks. How? :( Any eye cream to recommend?

Okay, here's the latest thing that has been making me laugh whenever I think about it..

One day Kaiwen and I went to the Seremban Oldtown Kopitiam. And while I was paying, the lady at the counter asked if I have a twin sister. And so, I answered no. She went on saying there's a girl (Miss X) who looks just like me and apparently Miss X goes there quite often. The best part is, she continued by saying, Miss X is always with an indian girl!!!! After that Kaiwen and I just started laughing like mad girls.

So, you got it or not? Just in case you didn't get it..

I seriously didn't know I'd look that horrible with my spec. Until people can't recognise me! That ugly ah? Too much wey! Sigh..

It's July!

Weeeee!! My favourite month is here!!

But damn, of all time the exam just has to be in July!! Ish!

Exam's in less than 2 weeks' time but I'm not even worried at all, let alone panicked. How unusual. We're talking about me, you know. Normally by now, I'd be having hyperventilation. But this time around, I'm overly calm. This scares me.

Instead of spending time studying just like what everyone else is doing right now, I'm busy thinking of some unnecessary things like..
What am I gonna wear to the exam hall for those fucking five days? Which shoes should I be wearing to match my clothes? Should I tie my hair or should I just leave it? How cold is the hall gonna be? What are we gonna do after the last paper? Should we do something crazy/naughty? etc..

You know what? I'm so well prepared. To die, that is.

To die = to fail (badly)

I'm serious.

Eh! Fail also must fail looking pretty, okay! Hundreds of candidates from all over the country will be there. HAHA! Yea, I know I sound like a bimbo here.

A friend who was once special to me had said this before as a motivation.. "Giving up before you even sit for the exam is like going to a battlefield preparing to be killed by the enemy without putting up a fight." I guess this time I'm not listening.


We're so dead but we're not alone. ;p

I'm looking forward to the days after the bloody exam. Fuck the exam la!! It's better to think about my birthday! HAHAHAHA!! I'm officially out of my mind. Please don't come near me. It's for your own good.

Happy Father's Day

Such a useless daughter, I didn't even get any present for my dad. Got no $$ la because I'm not earning any yet, haha. But at least I gave him a hug and a kiss (gosh, I can't remember when was the last time I kissed my dad). Hehe!


And I got him a card, on behalf the four of us.

Mummy got the cake but I chose it. :)

My dad is the the greatest dad on earth!! Really! Please don't argue with me. ;p

It's time for a disastrous fringe again! I don't understand why this has to happen to me at least once a year (since year 2006) :(((( Sigh! What was the girl thinking when she was cutting my fringe? It's so short and little now I feel like shouting at her!! It better be long by end of July before my birthday!! Lol.


That's why in the meantime you'll see me looking like this. My fringe is just too hideous to be seen.

Picture was taken almost a year ago (to be exact, 11 months ago), on my graduation. Hence, the chubby face (just like a basketball). Now still chubby la but it's shrunken A BIT into the size of a volleyball. Lol. The building behind me is the School of Law building.

Great! I have a stye on my right eye now. How am I supposed to go out? My not-so-nice granny specs which has a very thick frame is my saviour as it makes this less obvious. That's why I still can go out if I really need to. I ain't going to class tomorrow if it's not getting any better. ;p

I DON'T..

1. own a hair straightener/curler
[I look horrible terrible vegetable in curls, so a curler is definitely out. Ask me why I don't have a straightener when most of the girls have one! That's because I know I won't use it even if I have, so no point buying. Furthermore, I don't really need it as my hair is naturally straight. Tee-hee. But if anyone is feeling generous, you're free to donate yours to me, lol]

2. bake/cook
[The truth is I DON'T KNOW how to bake/cook. But at the same time, I'm not interested to learn. Not yet]

3. fancy strawberry (fruits that is)
[They are just overrated I feel. But I do like food/drinks with strawberry flavour. I drink strawberry milk, okay. Haha. In fact, I'm strawberry milk. Forget it, you won't get the joke. It's given by that all-time joker Jeff. Lol]

4. own everything in pink
[Hmmm, I used to have most, if not all of my things in pink but I started to change into liking other colours as well since September '07 because I felt it was time to ermm.. grow up? Haha. I know, both my hp and mp3 player are in shocking pink but at least now I don't wear pink from head to toe okay]

5. like cupcakes
[Again, I feel this one is overrated too. I have a sweet tooth, if you didn't already know, I can eat the sweetest (edible) thing on earth but I just don't enjoy eating cupcakes. For me, I prefer donuts more!! Nice seeing and nice eating. Therefore, never ever buy me cupcakes for my birthday. Lol. Cupcakes lovers please don't hate me, this is just my own opinion. But there's no doubt, cupcakes have the look. So lovely you won't have the heart to eat them]

6. go online shopping

Happy Birthday to my mummy!!
Being in her late 40s now, a mother of 4 (naughty) kids, she weighs only 46kg!! Can you believe this? Boy, I should be ashamed of myself! We have the same height but I'm 2 kg heavier than her. Lol. I look bigger standing next to her. :(

I had to agree with what he said because I think, MY MUMMY is the GREATEST mum on earth! Don't argue with me.

I enjoy standing in front of those shelves that are filled with pretty and cute cards, taking my own sweet time to carefully choose one. Really. Maybe it's partly because I enjoy receiving cards, lol. I would go from one bookstore/shopping mall to another bookstore/shopping mall just to get the nicest card (with meaningful words).

2 cats and 1 dog living under the same roof

History about the cats:
These 2 female baby cats (I know they're called kittens but baby cats sounds cuter, lol) have been here since last November ever since they were born. The mummy cat, that doesn't belong to us, actually gave birth to 4 of them at my backyard but the other 2 left to somewhere else. We pitied them, so we (not me) started feeding the 2 baby cats that were left here and from that day onwards they never left our house. Therefore, theoretically they are not ours but practically they are. We didn't name them yet and now they're referred as the white one and the brown one.

History about the dog:
My dad bought the (female) dog end of December last year. That time she was already 1 month old. This means she's almost the same age as the two cats. 7 months old now. Papa named her as Rexy. There's a story behind this name but I'm lazy to write about it.


And.. suddenly.. I have this new obsession. I enjoy looking at those cats whenever they're sleeping especially during their nap time. So cute can die. I used to hate cats so much and now I'm kind of into them. Damn! That's why... Never say never! I still remember there was once we went for a school trip and on the way back to Seremban we stopped at some Tempat Berehat. We were all sitting down and I didn't know there was a cat underneath the table. SueAnn, NyukJane and PitWei (and maybe they were others. YC, did you witness it? Hehe) were sitting on a different table and they saw where the cat was (I assume the cat was nearest to me). But their instincts told them not to tell me because it might give me a shock. Hence, they decided not to tell me. I think they did the wrong thing. Not telling me didn't save me from being shocked. Lol. So when the cat touched my leg, you can imagine what happened next. I was like wtf and kicked it with all the strength I had that time! I was so young (Standard 6 if I'm not mistaken) and already that cruel. *shakes head*

Anyway, here are some cute and funny pictures of the cats and the dog that I'd like to share with you all. Sharing is caring, ain't it?


My dad bought a new shoe rack. So we don't really use the old ones anymore and the cats are using them as the bed, wtf. The wood may be hard but the cat doesn't look uncomfortable lying on it! Haha!

So big already. I read from somewhere, GSD are the 3rd most intelligent breed of dog. Hmmm.. It's very hard to take pictures of Rexy because she's very active and the only way is to hold her but I will never have the courage to step out of the house when she's running around the house compound, let alone hold and hug it. I still don't touch any of the cats or dog. But maybe one day I'll be able to do it. Give me some time. 1 or 2 years? Haha! We used to have a German Shepherd too when I was very young (Pa bought it even before I was born) and I think it died when I was 7 or 8 or 9 years old but I wasn't scared of it at that time. I have pictures as my evidence, okay! And I looked so tiny standing beside the big dog. Now that I'm like a big buffalo (this is what my youngest sis has been teasing me nowadays. Sigh. Mei, help me to "paojai" her when you come back for hol k. "Mei ta mei siao", lol) but I'm scared of this seven-month-old dog. How does it make sense? Lol. Anyway, I have a legitimate reason (more like an excuse) because it's not advisable to go near all these fury pets since I have eczema and a sensitive nose.

These last 4 pictures were zoomed and taken from my living hall but from the last picture, it looks as though she knew I was taking her pictures. She was actually sitting on a pillar. Looks like modeling, right? Cats are so "hiao"! Haha!!


Most of the pictures are taken by my youngest sister as she's more daring. I'll only do it when the cats are sleeping.


Sidetracking a bit here. Speaking of eczema, those people who don't have it won't understand how it feels. I hate it whenever mine flares up. It's on my fingers, mind you. Times like this, I'm glad the bf is not around me. Not fun la to hold hands like that. Haha! Now you know why my mum has never asked me to do housework (legitimate reason remember, lol). Close friends will know about my skin problems la, some would have even seen it when it was serious. Thus far, I've been having this for more than half (I counted, it's approximately 58%) of my life. Can you believe it? This is why I've already accepted the fact that it's going to stick with me throughout my whole life. SO... I pity whoever that's going to marry me in the future. I cannot (read: don't want to) do housework like other people's wife, okay! Wow! This is fun!
